& Other Stories: Store Opening

I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of & Other Stories for months now, ever since the sneak peak trailers were released and my god was it worth the wait.  The new store by the H & M group launched this week, offering a more high end collection but still at affordable prices.  The store not only has incredible clothes, a mix between feminine and flirty pieces, as well as more edgy, androgynous items, but the store has done a number of collaborations with other designers to create one off pieces exclusively for the store.  For instance the lingerie brand The Lake & Stars have teamed up to make some beautiful underwear.  Its rare to find a shop where I love every single item in it, but & Other Stories has definitely done the job.

Don't even get me started on the shoes...

I may as well set up a direct debit now, because I know where my money is going every month!

The store is a one-stop shop, as well as buying your outfit, you can also buy skin care products and make up.  On the day, I received a free lip gloss with my purchase, as it was the opening weekend! I bought a pair of sunglasses, which I will show you in a later post.

Here is what I wore for the day.  After I checked out & Other Stories, I went for a wander around Portobello Road where these shots were taken.
